Pete is a principal at Trinity Real Estate and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington’s Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. With over two decades of industry experience, Pete joined Trinity in 2010 after an 11-year tenure at ING Clarion Partners, where he successfully closed over $2 billion in real estate investments. His deep expertise spans investment, development, asset management, and consulting, enabling him to consistently enhance returns for owners in complex and often challenging projects.Pete’s diverse experience covers a broad range of commercial and multifamily property types, including hospitality, office, multifamily, industrial, and retail. He is particularly adept at navigating distressed portfolios and high-stakes redevelopment opportunities, skillfully aligning client goals with investor needs across intricate stakeholder landscapes.
Beyond his professional work, Pete is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the advisory board for its Pacific Northwest chapter. He is also an active member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to advancing the field of real estate.
