Building Family Office Wealth through Real Estate: Portfolio Construction and Governance

Introduction

A Real Estate Executive Education Program Designed Specifically for Family Offices, Families, Family office Executives and Industry Professionals.

Build a foundation in real estate portfolio management that is essential for family offices, family members, family office executives and industry professionals. You'll prepare to make better real estate investment decisions - and play a bigger role in developing your family's real estate portfolio. This program will help you:

  • Understand the implications of Real Estate Market Cycles that can help you make informed decisions based upon current economic conditions.

  • Develop successful and realistic portfolio structures for managing the family office real estate portfolio.

  • Understand how to underwrite a potential sponsor.

  • Engage in productive discussions with other family offices, family members, family office executives and industry professionals.

  • Address the concerns of family members who are not real estate specialists and present information in ways that support their decision-making.

Real Estate represents the largest generator of wealth for families outside of the businesses that initially earned them their fortunes. At the FORE Institute, you will be fully immersed in an experience of learning and building a network of other family offices, family members, family office executives, and industry professionals from around the world. You will be engaged in classes led by top faculty from prominent universities like the University of Denver, Harvard, Wharton, and leading industry experts around the US. It's an experience that will provide knowledge that you will use for generations to come.

Who Should Attend

Enhance your leadership, real estate and family office skills and gain strategic insights with our executive education course, "Building Family Office Wealth through Real Estate: Portfolio Construction and Governance." Designed for family members, family office executives, and key decision-makers to refine their leadership style and effectively navigate organizational challenges. Learn cutting-edge tools and techniques to transform these challenges into opportunities for positive change and sustainable growth in the real estate sector.

Attendance by multiple family members and their executives will foster teamwork and amplify the program's impact on your organization.

The institute objective is to have 70-80% of participants consisting of family offices, family members, or family office executives to learn from discussions, case studies, lectures, and collaborating with other attendees; you'll be able to deepen your knowledge and understanding of real estate while also learning from others.
