Bill Davis serves as vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice and co-chair of the Real Estate Finance group, serving lenders, real estate owners, developers, and high net worth individuals in large-scale development deals, complex finance transactions, and joint venture equity investments. He has represented developers and institutional investors in connection with the acquisition and development of industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects in and out of New York City, including the development of multifamily projects across the country and in-fill industrial facilities throughout Brooklyn and Queens, which has involved site acquisition, development, and coordination with various city, state, and federal agencies. Bill has extensive experience with real estate financings and loan transactions on behalf of sophisticated lenders. He structures and negotiates workouts, bridge loans, construction loans, securitized conduit lending programs, and sale-leaseback portfolio transactions. He also leads foreclosures, real estate bankruptcies, loan modifications, debt restructuring, forbearance agreements, and rescue capital strategies.
