Chuck Schilke is a real estate practitioner-scholar based in Washington DC. As a practitioner, he has developed projects valued at up to $1 billion. and also financed projects with financing vehicles up to $1 billlion. As a scholar, he has directed the graduate real estate programs of Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University, and has also taught at Harvard University and George Washington University. Chuck is active in the Urban Land Institute, and served as Chair of ULI"s Public Development and Intrastructure Product Council, as well as writing the Solution File column for ULI's magazine, Urban Land. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago, a Master's degree from Harvard University, and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
